Naga Obazee is a highly accomplished barrister and solicitor specializing in Canadian immigration, citizenship, and refugee law. Based in Toronto, he has over a decade of experience guiding clients through complex legal challenges and delivering tailored legal solutions. Naga provides strategic counsel and representation in matters such as visa refusals, appeals, family reunification, business immigration, and stays of deportation. His practice includes appearances before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), the Federal Court of Canada, and other judicial bodies

Education and Qualifications
Naga holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Hertfordshire, UK. He further completed the Certificate of Qualification (C.Q.) through the University of Toronto, Faculty of law, meeting all requirements of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, and solidifying his credentials to practice law in Canada.

He has held memberships in the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), Ontario Bar Association (OBA), and Canadian Association of Black Lawyers (CABL).
In addition to his legal practice, Naga served on the Program Advisory Committee for the Academy of Learning Career College (AOL) and regularly mentors aspiring legal professionals. As a guest speaker, he shares his expertise in immigration law, justice access, and professional development at academic institutions, legal forums, and non-governmental organizations.
